System support via remote access

Remote accesss software allows Bayside Networks to provide immediate service to your network systems. Many problems, from routine system changes to difficult troubleshooting issues can be solved quickly via remote access.

Bayside Networks can arrange remote support for all or just specific systems (such as servers). We support and recommend pcAnywhere by Symantec and VNC, a free open-source program.

Lower costs and enhanced services

There is no minimum time charge for remote support as it does not involve an on-site visit. Remote support is billed in 15 minute increments and many support issues require 15 minutes or less to solve!
